How to Sort and Filter Through FSMail
To filter Mail, we have an application called RoundCube.

1.) Log into RoundCube through https://email.muellerreports.com/roundcube/. The screen should look like the one below. Also note that Roundcube can be used as an alternative email site to https://email.muellerreports.com/SOGo/so/.

  • The left pane (1) allows you to navigate through the inbox, drafts, sent, junk, and trash.
  • The upper right pane (2) shows the list of emails.
  • The lower right pane (3) shows a preview for a selected email.

2.) Click on 'Settings' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The following screen should appear.

3.) Click on 'Filters' on the left-hand side of the screen. Click the 'Plus' sign in the bottom of the center pane as shown below:

4.) This will cause the filter screen to appear in the right-hand pane. On this screen, you can create the criteria for the filter. For this example, we set up a filter to move all incoming messages with a subject line that includes [Important] to a different folder.

These filters only works for incoming emails, not past emails.

5.) After all information is entered, click 'Save' to create the filter. A small 'Filter Saved Successfully' message will show briefly if the save was successful.
