How to export your iRedmail (SOGo) calendar for Import to another email system

Use these instructions if you are looking to export all of your calendar events and tasks to another calendar system such as Exchange Online (Outlook)

Instructions

1. Log into the SOGo email site at https://email.muellerreports.com
   
   

   Open

   

    

2. From the main screen, click on the Calendar option (top left)
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. From the Calendar view, click on the vertical ellipses 
   
   

    

4. Then scroll down and select Export
   
   

    

5. A file will be downloaded to the "Downloads" folder in the standard "ICS" format. This file can be imported to any system that accepts this calendar format.
   
   

    

6. This completes the export
