How to Set Up Multi-factor on SOGo

This page explains how to set up two-factor authentication [MFA] on SOGo webmail.

To set up MFA on SOGo follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have installed a MFA authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or similar on a mobile device. Typically this will be your mobile phone.

  2. Log in to the SOGo webmail interface [https://email.muellerreports.com] using your email address and email password. This is the same as your Mueller Enterprise account.

    If you have forgotten the password to your email, you can reset it using your Mueller Enterprise account [https://www.mueller-inc.com/webui].

  3. In the upper left corner of the interface, click on the gear icon next to your email address.

  4. Check the box next to “Enable two-factor authentication using a TOTP application”.

  5. Scan the QR code using your MFA authenticator app on your mobile device.

  6. Enter the code from your MFA authenticator app into the field “Enter TOTP verification code :"

    DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP
    You must enter this key into your TOTP application. If you do not and you log out you will not be able to login again.

  7. Click the disk icon in the upper right hand corner to save your settings.
