Adding a Signature in SOGo (Webmail)

If you need to add or edit your existing email signature in your SOGo webmail.

Step-by-step guide

Follow these steps to add or edit your 

  1. Login to SOGo with your email address and password
    1. http://email.muellerreports.com
  2. Select Preferences from the top menu. 
  3. Select Mail from the left sidebar
  4. Select the IMAP ACCOUNTS tab in the right pane.
  5. Click in the pencil (far right) to edit your account information.
  6. In the middle section, you can add/edit your signature.

    NOTE: Below is an example of the company wide signature standard. Deviation from this standard should be avoided to insure proper company branding.

  7. Click OK to save the changes.
  8. You may adjust the position of the signature in your emails by selecting the General tab.  Look for And place my signature in the middle of the window.  Choose below my reply or below the quote.  The below the quote setting will always place your signature at the bottom of the email message.

    NOTE: This option is only available if 
    When replying to a message is set to Start my reply above the quote.

  9. Press the Save and Close button at the top of the Preferences window when done.
