How to add Signature to Web Outlook
This article will show you how to make a web outlook signature.
Instructions
Open the outlook web page at https://outlook.office365.com/
In the top Right-Hand corner look for a Cog Wheel, and click it.
There should be a search box “Search Outlook Settings” click that and start typing signature
The field will autofill with suggestions, look for Email Signature. Click that one
A window will appear and there you can write or copy and paste an email signature
Below the box where you write your signature click the two boxes below it. These two will automatically include your signature to new emails and ones you forward and reply to.
At the bottom right look for the save button and click it, it will ask if you want to make changes, click save again.
