How to make Google Chrome your default browser

When you've already installed Google Chrome and you want links and everything to open through this web browser.

Step-by-step guide

  • Open Google Chrome by double clicking on the icon for it.

                                    


  • Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

                            


  • Click on settings from the menu that appears

                   


  • Scroll down to the Default Browser section and click Make Default


  • This will take you to a Settings menu. Click on whatever is under Web Browser.

              


  • The following menu should pop up and you should select Google Chrome from the options.

                                


  • You're Done!


Any link you click on will now open in Google Chrome.
