My email isn't working (iPhone)

If your email works in the website and was previously working on your iPhone, follow the following instructions until your email is working again. 

Step-by-step guide

  • Make sure you are connected to the internet via WiFi or your mobile data.
  • Open your Mail app

                                 


  • Open your Mueller email account Inbox

           


  • Check to see that you are not filtering your emails by making sure the circle in the bottom left hand corner is not selected.

         


  • It should look like  and not like 
  • If it is blue, press it, and that should remove the filters, revealing the rest of your inbox.


If this does not fix your problem, continue following the instructions.


  • Next, refresh your inbox by swiping down from the top of the inbox

          


  • Wait a minute or two, and if the following window pops up, please enter your password. 

             


If you do cannot send and receive new emails after you do this or it gives you an error message, continue following the instructions below.


  • Try restarting your phone by pressing and holding the button on the right outer side of the phone until the following screen pops up. 

                   


  • Once your screen goes black, wait a few seconds, then press and hold the same button on the outside of the phone until the apple logo comes up.
  • Go to Mail

                             


  • Upon opening the Mail app, if the following window pops up, please enter your password. 

           


If this does not fix your problem, continue following the steps below.


  • Go to Settings

                             


  • Go to Mail

         

  • Select Accounts

         


  • Select your Exchange account

          


  • Select 'Account' 
  • Note: The option for 'Mail' should be enabled.

          


  • Your settings should look like the picture below with the following info: 
    • Email: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
    • Server: email.muellerreports.com
    • Domain
    • Username: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
    • Password: your email password

          


If all these settings look correct, try re-typing in your password. 


  • If none of these steps worked, try resetting your email password. There are instructions on how to do that in the link below.

  • After you reset your password, you should be prompted to re-enter your password on your phone within the next few minutes.
