Field Rep Phone Email Problems


Step-by-step guide

  • Go to Email

                       


  • Select the 3 lines in the top left corner next to INBOX.

        


  • Select the Gear at the top right corner of the menu that opens.

           


  • Select your Mueller email account.

           


  • Make sure Sync Account is enabled.

         


  • Scroll down to the bottom of this menu and select Exchange server settings

          


         


If all these settings look correct, try re-typing in your password in the Exchange Server Settings then returning to your email to see if it is now working.
