How To Download an App from MDM (Android)

If you are having trouble downloading the Phoenix app on your Mueller Phone then read this article can help you download the Phoenix app and many other allowed apps that are considered work appropriate.

It should be helpful to know that the Google Play store does not work in the traditional sense for Mueller Issued Android Phones. This is due to concerns about security. By eliminating the ability to use the Google Play store we can ensure that no malicious or non-work-related apps can be downloaded to the phone.

1. On the phone home screen and find the MDM app. See the image below for reference.

2. Open the app and find the Apps section on the top. Tap Apps.
