iPhone: Cannot Get Mail, the connection to the server failed.

If you have set up your Mueller email via exchange, and are sure all your settings are correct.

Part I: Removing your Mueller Exchange Account

  • Go to Settings

                      


  • Go to Mail

         


  • Go to Accounts

         


  • Select your Mueller Email Account

          


  • Select Delete Account

          


  • Turn your phone off then back on again.

             

Part II: Adding your Mueller Email Account under Other

  • Go back to Settings

                            


  • Go back to Mail

         


  • Go to Accounts

         


  • Go to Add Account

          


  • Select other from the list

          


  • Select Add Mail Account

          


  • Enter your information as follows
    • Name: Your Name
    • Email: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
    • Password: your password for your email account
    • Description: a description of your email address

              


  • Hit Next
  • Select IMAP at the top

              


  • Enter your information as follows: 
    • Name: Your Name
    • Email: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
    • Description: a description of your email address

            


Incoming Mail Server

  • Host Name: email.muellerreports.com
  • User Name: first.lastname@muellerreports.com
  • Password: your password for your email account

         


Outgoing Mail Server

  • Host Name: email.muellerreports.com
  • User Name: first.lastname@muellerreports.com
  • Password: your password for your email account

         


  • Hit Next
  • Wait for it to Verify

           


  • Hit Save

           

  • You're Done!
