360Value form shows login prompt in Safari.

Problem

When viewing a case in the Safari web browser on iPad or iPhone, the section that normally shows the 360Value form instead presents a login prompt like this:

Solution

There are two solutions to this problem – one permanent but less secure, and one temporary but more secure.

Permanent Solution: Allow 3rd party cookies from all sites.
To solve this permanently, use the following steps to allow 3rd party cookies from all sites:
  1. Open your Settings app on your iPad or iPhone and tap on the row that says Safari.
  2. In the section labeled Privacy & Security, tap on Block Cookies.
  3. Change this setting to "Always Allow".
  4. Close the case and reopen it. The 360Value form should no longer display a login prompt.

If you don't want to allow 3rd party cookies from all sites, you can allow them only for 360Value using the following steps:

Temporary Solution: Allow 3rd party cookies just for 360Value

These steps will fix your 360Value form temporarily, but you'll have to repeat these steps if you ever clear your browser's History and Website Data.

  1. Open your Settings app on your iPad or iPhone and tap on the row that says Safari.
  2. In the section labeled Privacy & Security, tap on Block Cookies.
  3. Confirm that this is set to "Allow from Websites I Visit".
  4. Open Safari, and go to this URL: https://www.360-value.com
  5. Close the case and reopen it. The 360Value form should no longer display a login prompt, unless you clear your browser's History and Website Data.
