Remove Corrupted Photos From Cases

This article will explain how to resolve image loading errors on the website.
1.) Hit the 'Replace' option as shown in the picture below.
2.) Click on 'Browse' to search for an appropriate image to replace the corrupted image, or drag a file into the 'Upload Photos' Area
3.) After selecting the image, click on the 'Upload' button as shown below. Then the photo should be uploaded. This is indicated by a green checkmark next to the file.
4.) After the upload is complete, the photo will appear in place of the corrupted photo. Select the newly uploaded photo (1), then click 'Delete' (2).
5.) Perform this for each corrupted image on the case.
After performing these steps, your case should not have any more corrupted photos.
