My email isn't working (Android)
If your email works in the website and was previously working on your Android device, something may be wrong in the settings on your phone.
Step-by-step guide
- Restart your phone by holding the button on the side of the phone until the following menu comes up.
- Once your phone turns back on, go to Email.
- If the following window pops up and prompts you to enter your password, enter your password, press OK, and then your email should be working again for you.
If your email still isn't working after that, follow the rest of the instructions below.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Accounts and backup > Accounts
- Select your Microsoft Exchange account
- Make sure Sync Email is enabled
- Select the 3 dots up in the right hand corner.
- Select Sync Now
Go back to email to see if the window to enter your password pops up or if your email is now working. If not, continue following the instructions below.
- Go to Email
- Select the 3 lines in the top left corner next to INBOX.
- Select the Gear at the top right corner of the menu that opens.
- Select your Mueller email account.
- Scroll down to the bottom of this menu and select Exchange server settings
- Make sure the following settings are correct:
- Email address: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
- Domain\username: \firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
- Password: your email password
- Exchange server: email.muellerreports.com
If all these settings look correct, try re-typing in your password in the Exchange Server Settings then returning to your email to see if it is now working.
