If you need to clear the cache of your Google Chrome web browser, simply follow these steps.
Note: You should always insure that you are using the latest version of the web browser to prevent security issues.
Step-by-step guide
Open your Google Chrome web browser
Click the button with the three dots (below the X button)
Click on History and then click on History from the fly out menu (alternatively, type Ctrl+H)
Click Clear Browsing Data...
- From the Clear browsing data window, select Time range and select 'All time'
- Deselect Browsing history (this will allow you to keep the history of the web pages you have been to previously)
- Check the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'
- Click CLEAR DATA button at the bottom right
Close and restart the browser to see if the issue persists.
