If you are having issues connection to a Citrix XenDe3sktop machine and getting errors such as the following, try following these steps to insure you are running on the latest version of Citrix Workspace. Citrix Workspace has replaced the previous Citrix Receiver as the Citrix XenDesktop remote client software.

Instructions

Upgrade Citrix Receiver/Workspace

  1. Open a browser and and go to https://remote.mueller-inc.com

  2. Login using your credentials

  3. Click on the Gear (top right) and then select Account Settings

  4. Click on Install Citrix Receiver

  5. Click on Detect Receiver

  6. If you get a pop-up as shown below, click Cancel

  7. Then select the I agree checkbox, and then click Download

  8. Once downloaded, simply run the file that was downloaded.

    NOTE: You may see something about a secure download, just click Keep (it is actually secure)

  9. You may see a message about your active sessions, Just click “Yes”
