Creating an account in the Tech Support Portal

If you've never used the Technical Support Portal before, you will need to create an account.

Step-by-step guide

  • Click 'Sign up' (If not already on the page, you may have to navigate to Mueller Tech Support to access the portal in our Confluence space)

          


  • Enter your email address, this is the email address that will be used to submit the tickets

     


  • When you press 'Send link', an email will be sent to that email address you just entered. 
  • Check your email and click 'Sign up' to complete your account creation, this will take you to the portal.
  • Enter your full name and create a password, once done, click 'Sign up'

         


  • You can now submit Tech Support Help requests!
