Accessing the Tech Support Portal
You soon will no longer be able to submit requests to technical support via email. You will soon have to use the Technical Support Help Center Portal.
Anyone
- Go to https://mueller-inc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
- Login or create an account.
- Creating an account in the Tech Support Portal
- If you don't know your password and already have an account: Resetting your tech support portal password
- Once logged in you can send help requests to Technical Support like you previously did via email!
Field Reps
- Log into your account at https://www2.muellerreports.com/
- Click on the Tech Support tab in the top right corner
- It will prompt you to login if you have an account already, or you can create a new account
- Once logged in you can send help requests to Technical Support like you used to do before via email!
