This article's intent is to assist setting up a Mueller device. 

Instructions

  1. Unbox the phone - Please save any packaging in case you need to send the device back
  2. Insert the battery into the phone if it is not already inserted
  3. Put the supplied case onto the phone
  4. Hold down the button located on the right side of the phone to power it on
  5. Swipe the screen to bring up the lock screen and enter the password: 123a
  6. Select "Done"
  7. Navigate to the app collection on the phone by swiping the screen up
  8. Find the app IAM & EMM and select to open
  9. In IAM & EMM select the three lines at the top right.
  10. In the menu that selecting the three lines opens, select "Policies"
  11. In the "Policies" menu, select "Exchange Account"
  12. In the "Exchange Account" window select the type of email account you have. 

    Appraisers and Field Reps should see "Field Rep Email" on this page. All other users should see Exchange Email

  13. Select the "...Email" and then "Reconfigure

  14. In the top bar of your phone, there should be an email notification: "New Email Account" select to open the email app.

  15. In the email app:
    Email Address: For all users, this field will be firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
    Domain\username: For those with "Field Rep Emails" \firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com For "Exchange Email" users \FLastname
    Password: For "Field Rep Emails" the password will be the same as the password for www.muellerreports.com  For "Exchange Email" users this is the password you use to access the Citrix Desktop or a Tonawanda office workstation. 
  16. If your job requires the Phoenix Mobile App, you can log in using your full Mueller email address and the password to access the Mueller website as these are linked. 

 Congratulations, set up now complete.
