Citrix Headset Troubleshooting - Net Phone

If you would like to adjust the default audio settings and microphone setting for your Netphone, follow these steps.

Instructions

Open Netphone

  1. Click on the yellow icon at the top left

     

  2. Select Setup

  3. Select Audio Devices Setup

     

  4. From the Audio Setup dialog, you can make adjustmets and select the device you want to use for each element of the audio

  5. Click on the dropdown for #1 Sound Board/Device

  6. Select the device you want to use. (In some cases, it may just say Remote Audio)

     

  7. Click on the Audio Device Type

  8. Select the type of device

     

  9. Repeat this for the other options as needed.

  10. Click on the yellow icon > File > Reset net phone. Perform a test call to see if the issue is resolved
