Citrix Machine Stuck and Needs Reboot

If you are unable to connect to your Citrix machine and it appears to be unavailable, it may be stuck. These instruction will allow you to self-serve rebooting your machine and acquiring a new fresh machine.

NOTE: If the Citrix machine is truly stuck, any work that was NOT saved before you last disconnected will be lost.

Always save your work before disconnecting!

To do a restart and get a new machine, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Mueller VPN if you are not already

  2. Open your web browser and go to https://remote.mueller-inc.com

  3. Login using your credentials

  4. Change to Desktops

  5. Click the down arrow below the machine name and then click Restart

  6. Wait about 30-60 seconds and then click the Open icon

  7. This will assign you a new machine and start your session with a fresh machine.
