If you accidentally took photos with the incorrect case open, the following guide can help resolve this issue.

Step-by-step guide for iOS (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch)

This requires both cases to still be available in PhoenixMobile on your device. If the correct case requires geolocation data, you'll need to finish this step on the web, please see the guide for resolving this issue on the web.

  1. Exit PhoenixMobile and open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to find the PhoenixMobile settings and tap to open.
  3. Scroll down to the Photos settings.
  4. Make sure Show Camera Roll is enabled, if not, enable it.
  5. Exit Settings and return to the PhoenixMobile app.
  6. Open the case where you took the photos.
  7. Tap the  button at the bottom right.
  8. Choose "Export Photos To Camera Roll" from the action menu that appears.
  9. Return to the My Reports page.
  10. Find the correct case and open it.
  11. Open the Photos page
    1. Alternatively, you may also navigate to Forms and use the photo controls in the form. This will ensure all photos are tagged properly.
  12. Tap the Camera button.
  13. Choose Camera Roll from the source menu.
    1. If Camera Roll is not shown, double check you have enabled it in Settings. If still not available, this case may require geolocation data and photos cannot be imported from the Camera Roll. Please see in the guide below for resolving this issue on the web.
