VPN Login Guide
Cisco AnyConnect and RSA token authentication is no longer supported by Mueller.
Please refer to FortiClient - Setup + Login. This document is for historical reference only.
After you have completed setting up a PIN, you're ready to connect. Please follow the instructions below to login.
Please refer to knowledge base article Connect to VPN Before Loginarchived for setting up the ability to connect to the VPN network prior to logging into your computer.
Step-by-step guide
Open the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client application and click Connect.

Open the RSA SecurID application.
Enter your PIN into the RSA SecurID application and click the arrow icon.
Click the copy button to copy the passcode to the clipboard.
Paste the Passcode in the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client application.
Click OK.
A dialog box will appear stating AUTHORIZED USERS ONLY.
Click Accept.
You should now be connected.

If the Cisco AnyConnect application states "Verify your network connect" you may not be connected to the Internet. Check your network connectivity. The application will state "Ready to connect" when the Internet is available.
Make sure the Cisco Anyconnect application shows "vpn.mueller-inc.com" in the dropdown as shown in above screenshot.
