Microsoft Teams (Work or School) Installation Guide

These instruction are designed for users who do not have Microsoft Teams installed on their machine.

NOTE:

There are two versions of the Microsoft Teams app. Please make sure you are downloading the version designed for work or school (See screenshot below)

OVERVIEW OF STEPS:

  1. Visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app

  2. Scroll down and click “Download Teams” for Work or School.

  3. Open and run the TeamSetup.exe.

  4. If you’ve already installed other 365 apps you may be prompted you to continue with your Mueller account. If not, click “use another account or sign up” at the bottom and enter your Mueller Account credentials.

  5. If prompted, UNCHECK the box to “Allow my organization to manage my device and click “OK”.

  6. You should now be successfully logged into Microsoft Teams!
