If your email works in the website and was previously working on your iPhone, something may be wrong in the settings on your phone.
Step-by-step guide
- Go to Settings
- Go to Accounts & Passwords
- Select your Exchange account
- Select 'Account'
- Note: The option for 'Mail' should be enabled.
- Your settings should look like the picture below with the following info:
- Email: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
- Server: email.muellerreports.com
- Domain:
- Username: firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com
- Password: your email password
If all these settings look correct, try re-typing in your password.
