You should have the option to change your caller ID when making outbound calls. This is the number that is presented to the called number when placing a call.
By default, all extensions and agents are set to display the caller ID as 7166914344, which is the main number for the office. For many reasons, you may want to provide the called person your direct line or perhaps an agent may want to perform a call back using the toll free number they originally dialed.
To change your caller ID, it should already be programmed with the available numbers you are allowed to use. If a number is not available, please contact Mueller Technical Support at https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com for assistance in having the missing caller ID added to your profile.
