- Go to https://mueller-inc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2
- Click 'Sign up' (If not already on the page, you may have to navigate to ITS to access the portal in our Confluence space)
- Enter your email address, this is the email address that will be used to submit the tickets
