These instructions are designed for users logging into Mueller Enterprise for the first time.
Prerequisites:
Username has been provided by manager
Mueller Outlook Email has been set up in advance
Google Chrome browser is installed as other browsers such as Microsoft Edge can cause issues
OVERVIEW OF STEPS:
In a Google chrome browser, visit https://www.mueller-inc.com/webui/login and click forgot password
Type in your username and click “REQUEST NEW PASSWORD” (username format is normally the same as Mueller email i.e. firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com however, please confirm with your manager
Check Outlook email, click the password reset link, and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Login with your newly created password.
You may be prompted to select a verification method with either your email or phone number. Whatever method you choose, enter in the verification code that is sent after and you’re all set!
