Resetting your Mueller Enterprise password

For first time logins or for when you need to change your password

Instructions

      

  • Type in your username (should be firstname.lastname@muellerreports.com) then click on the red button for Request New Password

  • Your password reset email will be delivered to the email associated with your account
  • Open "Reset your Mueller password" email and click on "Reset Password" 

  • Open Google Chrome 

  • You can open the password reset in chrome by Right clicking the blue "Reset Password" link in the password reset email. Click "Copy Hyperlink" 

  • Paste the link into an empty tab in Chrome



You will need to reset your password within 30 minutes of receiving the email or else it will expire and you'll need to request a new one.
