Communicator - Connection Timeout

This should no longer be required and should not be used unless requested by someone from the Technical Support department or Communicator support personnel..

If you have already setup the Communicator application and have been using it, but now are receiving a “connection timeout” error message when connecting to the phone server, please make the following change to your application:

  1. Click on the gear located at the top right of the Communicator login screen and select “Login options”

     

     

  2. From the Login options dialog, click on the Advanced tab and change the Login server address
    From: pbx27.icomm.amh.buf.ny.i-evolve.net
    To: 8.224.32.213

  3. Click OK

You should now be able to connect to the Communicator service.
