Conference Calling

This document has not been completed yet and should not be used for guidance.

If you need to make a voice conference call with internal or external parties, you can easily perform the task by following the following steps.

Business Edition

  1. In the Communicator app, click on the Conference icon

     

  2. From the Conference dialog, click the down arrow next to “please select conference…” and then select the conference your want to use.

     

  3. If you would like to change the default device from whatever your current device is, you may select a different device in the drop down. All available devices will be shown.


    NOTE: To add a device, such as a mobile app or cell phone, please refer to the help desk articles for assistance.

  4. Once you click join, you will be entered into the conference, but it will not be started. To start the meeting click the Start a Meeting icon

  5. When prompted to start the meeting, click the appropriate button
