Superseded

This document is no longer valid and has been superseded.

This article details how to resolve the "snapshot" error that occurs when trying to login to net phone queues. It is resolved by changing the net phone profile.

1.) Hit the yellow button in the top left corner then select "Change Login"

2.) Hit the "Profile" dropdown and choose any other option. If there are no other options in the drop down, go to the next step.
If there is a different profile, select it and hit "Use". Then repeat these steps and choose the original profile you were using and you're done!

3.) If you're at this step, there were no other options in the "Profiles" drop down. We will have to create a new profile. Hit "Add New"

4.) We will have to change multiple fields here. For description, type your first name. Under "PBX Phone Audio", for "type" choose "VoIP Softphone".
Under "Voice Server IP Address" type in "192.168.5.82" without quotes. This needs to be typed in exactly as shown. For the checkbox "Make profile available to all users of this computer?" make sure it is checked. Hit "Save" at the bottom.

5.) Hit "Use"

6.) You should be able to use this profile to login to the queues. If there is an issue, simply follow steps 1 and 2 and choose the original net phone profile you were using.
