How to Sort and Filter Through FSMail
To filter Mail, we have an application called RoundCube:

  1. Log into RoundCube through https://email.muellerreports.com/roundcube/. The screen should look like the one below. Also note that Roundcube can be used as the email site rather than https://email.muellerreports.com/SOGo/so/.
    1. The left pane (1) allows you to navigate through the inbox, drafts, sent, junk, and trash.
    2. The upper right pane (2) shows the list of emails.
    3. The lower right pane (3) shows a preview for a selected email.

  1. Click on 'Settings' in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The following screen should appear.

  1. Click on 'Filters' on the left-hand side of the screen. Click the 'Plus' sign in the bottom of the center pane as shown below:

  1. This will cause the filter screen to appear in the right-hand pane. On this screen, you can create the criteria for the filter. For this example, we set up a filter to move all incoming messages with a subject line that includes [Important] to a different folder. Note that these filters only works for incoming emails, not past emails.

  1. After all information is entered, click 'Save' to create the filter. A small 'Filter Saved Successfully' message will show briefly if the save was successful.
