When this issue occurs, there are a few steps we can try to resolve the issue detailed below.
1. Chrome Cache Clear
Please try clearing the cache and temporary files in Chrome:
Google Chrome (current latest version)
Open Google Chrome
Click the button with the three dots(below the X button)
Go to Settings
Click "Advanced" at the bottom of the page
Click "Clear Browsing Data" from the section labeled "Privacy and Security"
From the drop down menu after 'Time Range', choose 'all time'.
Ensure Browsing History, cookies and other site data, and cached images and files are all checked.
Click Clear data.
Close and restart the browser to see if the issue persists.
2. Reboot Hardware
First, try rebooting the computer you are using. If the issue is still occurring, you may have to reboot your equipment for connecting to the internet. If you are unsure of how to do this, please reach out to your ISP for assistance.
3. Check your Connection
You can check your connection to our systems by running this speed test: muellerreports.speedtestcustom.com
Recommended Bandwidth/Jitter:
Download Bandwidth: >= 20 Mb/s
Upload Bandwidth: >= 10Mb/s
Jitter: < 30 ms
These are general recommendations. It is possible that the site will function with lower amounts of bandwidth, and higher amounts of jitter. These recommendations are subjective, but may be helpful as a guide for users to interpret their results for themselves. If the speed test does not seem to provide expected results, you may have to contact your ISP. Please keep in mind that your bandwidth results can be affected by a number of factors, including other devices actively using the same internet connection you are using.
If these steps do not resolve your issues, please continue to refresh the page as a work around when you run into issues with cases not Completing/Sending to manager.
