  1. Exit PhoenixMobile and open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to find the PhoenixMobile settings and tap to open.
  3. Scroll down to the Photos settings.
  4. Make sure Show Camera Roll is enabled, if not, enable it.
  5. Exit Settings and return to the PhoenixMobile app.
  6. Open the case where you took the photos.
  7. Tap the  button at the bottom right.
  8. Choose "Export Photos To Camera Roll" from the action menu that appears.
  9. Return to the My Reports page.
  10. Find the correct case and open it.
  11. Open the Photos page
    1. Alternatively, you may also navigate to Forms and use the photo controls in the form. This will ensure all photos are tagged properly.
  12. Tap the Camera button.
  13. Choose Camera Roll from the source menu.
    1. If Camera Roll is not shown, double check you have enabled it in Settings. If still not available, this case may require geolocation data and photos cannot be imported from the Camera Roll. Please see in the guide below for resolving this issue on the web.


Guide for Android

  1. In the PhoenixMobile app, open the case where you took the photos.
  2. Tap the Image Added button at the top right.
  3. Choose Export Photos to Gallery.
  4. Return to My Reports
  5. Open the case where you want the photos to be.
  6. Navigate to the Photos page.
    1. Alternatively, you may also navigate to Forms and use the photo controls in the form. This will ensure all photos are tagged properly.
  7. Tap the Image Added button at the bottom left.
  8. This will open the gallery and allow you to choose the photos to add to the case.


Guide for Web

  1. Open the case on the web with the photos that were incorrectly uploaded.
  2. Scroll down to Photos.
  3. Click the Download All button at the bottom left of Photos.
  4. Choose "Full size" from the dropdown menu, then click Download.
  5. Find the directory on your computer where the files were downloaded. This is typically your Downloads folder.
    1. The files will download as a compressed (zipped) file named as the control number of the case you downloaded from.
  6. Right click on the file and for an option to "Extract" the files.
  7. Choose Extract (or Extract All) and wait for the process to finish.
  8. You should now have a folder containing all the photos from the case.
  9. Open the correct case and scroll down to Photos.
  10. Click the Add button.
  11. Click the Browse button then locate the folder that contains the photos.
  12. Select all the photos in the folder then click Open.
  13. Click upload to add these to the correct case.
