Open your Mozilla Firefox web browser
Click on Tools
in the top right corner- Select Options
Click on History
Click Clear Recent History
From the drop down menu next to 'Time range to clear:' choose Everything
Check Cookies
Check Cache
Check Active Logins
Check Site Preferences
All other settings may either be unchecked or left at default settings.
Choose Clear now
Privacy & Security
Scroll down to Cached Web Content and click the Clear Now button
Restart Firefox to see if the issue persists.NOTE: Alternatively, you can type about:preferences#privacy in the address bar to go directly to the Privacy and Security options=
