These instructions are for connecting to the Veddercalc1 Vedder Calc server


1.) Click the windows search bar/windows icon and type in "rdp" (without quotes). The "Remote Desktop Connection" option should appear and be highlighted. Hit the enter key or click the highlighted area to open up the RDP application.Image Removed

3.) Hit Choose the "Advanced" tab then hit "Settings…Settings" under Connect from anywhereImage Removed

4.) Under "Connection settings", select the radio button for adding your own Choose the "Use these RD Gateway server settings. Under server name, enter MS-2019RDG3:" radio option, and enter MS-2019RDG1.muellerservices.local . Then, into the "Server name:" field.
     Also, please make sure that the "Bybass Bypass RD Gateway server for local addressesaddress" box is left unchecked. Hit OK.Image Removed

5.) Go back to the "General" tab. For "Computer", enter veddercalc1MS-Vedder-01. For User name, enter mueller\veddercalc.Then hit "Connect".Image Removed

6.) For the RD Gateway Server Credentials, enter "mueller\" followed by your computer login username with no space in between. Then, enter your computer password. You can check the "Remember me" box, but it may not actually remember you.Image Removed

7.) Enter the current veddercalc password at this screen. Currently it is Tonawanda1! (please note the capital T and exclamation point at the end.) Once again, you can hit "Remember me" but it may not remember you. Hit OK.Image RemovedIf you are unsure of the password, try asking someone else who uses Veddercalc. If they do not know, a tech support ticket will have to be submitted.
