Step-by-step guide

1. Open Firefox and click on Tools
   # Click on History
   # Click Clear Recent History
   # From the drop down menu next to 'Time range to clear:' choose Everything
   # Check Cookies
   # Check Cache
   # Check Active Logins
   # Check Site Preferences
   # All other settings may either be unchecked or left at default settings.
   # Choose Clear now
   # your Mozilla Firefox web browser

2. Click on Image Addedin the top right corner

3. Select Options Image Added

4. Click on Privacy & Security

5. Scroll down to Cached Web Content and click the Clear Now button
