* The Mac OS and Linux versions are compressed and must be extracted prior to installation.

Installation software can be found in the table above. Be sure to select the appropriate version for your computer.
Please note that there is no difference in the installation for any of the aforementioned versions of the Communicator desktop application.

If you are installing to personal computer, the installation will require administrative privileges to be installed. If you need Communicator installed on a Mueller owner/controlled device, it should already be installed and up-to-date. If you do not have Communicator installed on a Mueller owned/controlled device, please contact Mueller Technical Support at https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com. |
Communicator GO Mobile Application

Communicator GO Mobile application is an addition licensed feature. If you require this feature, please contact your manager for approval and submit a ticket to Technical Support at https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com requesting a license.
