Communicator, Communicator GO and i-Communicate G3 Portal

This page will provide access to all the available self-help documentation available for the Communicator (all editions), Communicator GO app and the i-Communicate G3 Portal.

The following editions of the Communicator desktop application are:

  • Business

  • Agent

  • Supervisor


Installation

* The Mac OS and Linux versions are compressed and must be extracted prior to installation.

Desktop Editions

Installation software can be found be browsing to https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com and then select Technical Support and then from the section Communicator VoIP Software, in the table above. Be sure to select the appropriate version for your computer.

Please note that there is no difference in the installation for any of the aforementioned versions of the Communicator desktop application.

If you are installing to personal computer, the installation will require administrative privileges to be installed.

If you need Communicator installed on a Mueller owner/controlled device, it should already be installed and up-to-date. If you do not have Communicator installed on a Mueller owned/controlled device, please contact Mueller Technical Support at https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com.

Communicator GO Mobile Application

Installation instructions for both iPhone and Android can be found here: Communicator GO Installation and User Guide

Communicator GO Mobile application is an addition licensed feature. If you require this feature, please contact your manager for approval and submit a ticket to Technical Support at https://helpdesk.muellerreports.com requesting a license.
