Prerequisites:

  • Active VPN Connection

  • Citrix Machine Access

OVERVIEW OF STEPS:

  1. Access Citrix machine and click the update shortcut

  2. Press enter key when prompted to continue

  3. Double click the Homeowner Database desktop icon

  4. Login with the same username that was used to connect to the VPN
    The password field should remain blank
