If you need to see a list of your past calls, review or listen to a past call or download/save a call recording, follow the steps below to access your own call history and recordings.

  1. In Communicator, click on the vertical ellipses from the icon/tool bar and select “Online Self Care”

  2. In the Online Self Care, select the CDR tab

  3. Select a date range to filter your results. (The default is the current day)

    NOTE: If you adjust the time to further narrow your results, it is best to select a time a few minutes ahead and a few minutes after to insure that the expected call is not filtered out.

  4. If you see a small gray circle with a right arrow in it, that means there is a recording available for you to listen to or download

  5. From the List to recording dialog, you can select Play to listen to the recording or Download to save a copy
